Chitosan Rx Ultra

Chitosan binds with fat and prevents it from being absorbed in the digestive tract. Chitosan is a natural, non-digestible, (therefore has zero calories), dietary fiber that is made from shellfish. Nature's Rx uses Vanson's LipoSan Ultra, the finest chitosan known, in producing our product.

Vanson's LipoSan Ultra™ Chitosan:

Binding ability has been shown to be over the 80 % level within the first minute. This is 3 to 5 times the level of regular dietary chitosan. This means that it is able to work much, much sooner than regular chitosan. The capsule can be taken at mealtime and still be effective. This binding ability stays active while in the stomach (typically 1 - 1 ½ hours).
Functions as a great soluble dietary fiber. It has a very demonstrable effect on stool formation and ease of elimination.

In a recent study (with no altering of diet) 62% of LipoSan Ultra users lost an average of five (5) pounds. This study was done, in the year 2000, over an eight week period that included Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Chitosan (kite-o-san) is a fiber that has unique properties that allow it bind to fat and oils. This binding action allows the fat to pass through the digestive system along with the fiber. Nature's RX specifies that Vanson's LipoSan Ultra be used for its superior fat-binding properties. LipoSan Ultra binds 3 to 5 times faster than ordinary chitosan and is a far superior product for fat binding purposes. LipoSan Ultra Chitosan can take up 96-99 (that's right, ninety-six to ninety-nine) times it weight in oils, and it does this many times faster than other chitosan products. This speed is important because the absorbtion occurs in the stomach (the absorbing quality is neutralized in the intestine). It is a 100% natural product and acts as a super dietary fiber. Chitosan is not digested as a food and therefore contains zero (0) calories. Vitamin C is believed to increase the effectiveness of chitosan and is included along with Chromium (GTF) in our Chitosan RX Ultra product.

Chitosan RX Ultra promotes weight loss and possibly bad cholesterol lowering due to the reduction of metabolized fats and bile acids.

Chitosan products have been used for over 30 years by water companies to trap toxins, such as greases, heavy metals, and oils. It is the second most plentiful fiber, after cellulose, and is found in the shell (exo-skeleton) of crustaceans, such as: plankton, crab, lobster, shrimp, and in squid, mushrooms, and insects. 120 Capsules. Each capsule contains 500 milligrams of Chitosan, 20 mg of Vitamin C, and Chromium (GTF) 18 mcg. Drink with plenty of water to reduce the chance of blockages.
